My name is Shubhi Dueby, founder of Avyaanam Yoga and I am a Certified Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist, Pregnancy Yoga Specialist, and Nutritionist. I work in the field of holistic wellness with a strong focus on women’s health, pregnancy yoga, fertility support, mental wellness, and lifestyle transformation.

My journey into yoga began through a personal health crisis. I once faced severe health issues that required immediate medical intervention, and surgery was advised. Instead of proceeding immediately, I requested time and turned to yoga with full dedication. Through disciplined practice, mindful living, and therapeutic techniques, I recovered naturally and restored my health. This experience transformed my life and became the foundation of my mission—to help others heal and thrive through yoga.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of guiding more than 1,000 mothers and women, supporting them through various stages of life, including fertility, pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and overall wellness.

We are also associated with qualified doctors and prominent hospitals, ensuring that our yoga programs—especially pregnancy and therapeutic yoga—are safe, ethical, and aligned with medical guidance.
